Workshops for High School Students at the Midway Point

29.04.2022r

Our research program for high school students in Wrocław at the midway point! 72 hours of immersion in a modern educational laboratory, discussions, and exchange of experiences. Since January, Łukasiewicz PORT has been hosting students from Wrocław’s high schools, who, under the guidance of experts, delve into knowledge through hands-on experience.

The young scientists have already taken a close look at various topics, including the composition of aspirin, learning how to handle liquid crystals, and creating artificial blood.

Students from Adam Mickiewicz General High School No. III in Wrocław, General High School No. V in Wrocław, K.K Baczyński General High School No. VII, Bolesław Chrobry General High School No. XII in Wrocław, Polonia Belgijska General High School No. XIV, and the Bilingual General High School EKOLA in the EKOLA School Complex feel right at home in the educational laboratory at Łukasiewicz PORT.

The classes are organized by the Polish Center for Technology Development Foundation, the PORT Center for Technological Education – Gardens of Experience, in cooperation with OSRAM OptoSemiconductors GmbH.
